Please note that the ACRS review was conducted for most of these projects before there was a requirement to keep a close accourit of manpower expended on projects ano we have had to reconstruct most of the data.

Further, our professional manpower resources came from several sources, i.e., members, consul tants, staff, purchase orders for experts, etc. Accordingly, these are best estimates only. They should be accurate within a factor of 5-10%.
