CHAIE filed for leave to intervene by letter posted from Washington, DC on February 19, 1982. This letter is to amplify and amend that petition.

Specific persons with procerty interest: The followina individuals have specific property interests in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, approxhnately 18 miles from the plant site, which would be adversely affected by a decision by the Ca mission to issue an operating license, for the reasons stated in the original letter:
