On June 24, 1982, the Commission approved an immediately effective interim rule that suspends the June 30, 1982 deadline for environmental qualification of electrical equipment originally imposed by the Commission's Memorandum and Order (CL1-80-21) dated May 27, 1980. This requirement is also currently contained in our Technical Specifications as a result of the Commission's Order for Modification of License dated October 24, 1980.
We unders tand that no additional submittals or actions are required of us at this time rega rding this interim rule.
Ilowever, our qualification ef forts are still centinuing, and we ate providing an updated status for your infor-nation.
Attached is an updated Executive Summary (Section 1.2 of our IE Bulletin 79-01B Report). The list was updated to reflect replacement equipment installed during our refueling outage as well as current information regarding equipment testing and procurement / delivery schedules.
