APPEALS MEETINGS 1.
Contact PM first - Written request not necessary.
If PM not available, or you don't want to contact him, try BC or AD BEFORE calling Director of ONRR.
2.
First Appeals session will be held at AD level of DSS, DSSEA and DPM.
s 3.
Second session will be held with appropriate Division Directors. May be held imediately after Item 2 above, depending on availability.
4.
Third session will be with Director, ONRR, This neeting will be arranged by Director, DPM (Boyd).
5.
Conduct of Meetings:
- Chaired by LPM, will open with presentation of staff and applicant posit ons.
- At end of meeting, LPM will orally sumarize agreements reached and/or actions assigned.
PM prepares written sumary, may discuss this with applicant before placing in PDR.
- Applicants representatives at meetings should be of comparable management level to those expected to attend from NRC.
