that letter you advised that after recently reviewing Amendnent No. 7, a portion of the response to NRC request 221.61 could be reclassified as non-proprietary. The portion to be reclassified will be resuicitted with Amendment No '15 L

on December 15, 1976 as non-proprietary. The remainder of
