We are working to complete staff review of your responses to the

utstanding issues identified in the July 1977 Report to the ACRS.

.n addition, we will review the material you submitted in Amendoent No. 21 (December 6, 1977) concerning intersystem leakage. At this time we expect to issue the final Safety Evaluation Report add Preliminary Design Approval by February 28,1978.
