SUBJECT:

DRAFT SAFETY EVALUATION OF LESSONS LEARNED IN TMI-l RESTART REPORT Attached 's our draft input to the Safety Evaluation of the TMI-l Restart Report.

The attachment contains only those items related to Lessons Learned requirements and are only those received as of today (from Boger, Fitzpatrick, Wermiel, Newberry and inyself).

It is clear that the Safety Evaluation is not in the shape where it can be retyped and issued.

There are a number of reasons for this. The biggest appears to be missing items (from reviewers not mentioned above). Although we can spend some time next week trying to bring all items to the same level in the review process, I am not about to tell John Collins to give me some input on half-a-dozen items missing in the radiological area (as an example).

In light of the fact that Boger, Fitzpatrick, Wermiel, Newberry and myself will show up at next week's meeting with Met-Ed rather than any of the missing reviewers, what do you hope to accomplish at the meeting?
