Schedule for Submittal of Requested Information and Notice of Appeal
Reference:
Letter, Olan D. Parr to Kenneth E. Suhrke, "Round 2 Positions and Request for Information", September 10, 1976.
In response to your request in the above reference, we are submitting our schedule for providing the requested information and a formal notification concerning our intention to appeal a stated NRC position.
With regard to the schedule for transmittal of the requested information, it is our intenti.on to submit responses to all of the requests in the attachment to your letter by November 15, 1976.
In order to meet this schedule, it may be necessary to submit responses to NRC request numbers 231.30, 231.32, 231.33, 231.34, 231.36 and 231.39 in the form of a letter submittal on November 15 in advance of a formal amendment.
B6W also intends to appeal NRC request 121.4 which requires that B-SAR-205 comply with Revision 1 to Regulatory Guide 1.14.
B6W will submit a documentation of its alternative position on this matter to your office on or before October 15, 1976.
