Dear Mr. Boyd:
The Babcock 6 Wilcox Company herewith submits sixty copies of B-SAR Amendment 5 for review in accordance with the schedule stated in Reference (1).
This amendment includes responses to certain Round Two questions and positions included in the attachment to Reference (2).
As stated in Reference (1),
responses to questions and positions in Reference (2) which are not included in this amendment will be submitted for review in pending Amendment 6 to the B-SAR, which is scheduled for submittal to NRC on November 15, 1976.
The following additional comments apply to Amendment 5:
1)
Appendix 15A has been expanded in this amendment to include radiation source terms at a 3876 MWt power level in addition to 4100 MWt.
2)
The response to Round 1 questions 212.211, 212.192 and 012.32 have been revised in accordance with informal discussions with NRC Staff.
3)
A number of typographical errors have been corrected.
