j The Report to the ACRS on the BSAR-205 application is tentatively scheduled for issue' on 5/16/77, which is approximately.two and one-half months later than the date on which most branch SE,R input dates were set. At this

[l writing, SER input has not yet been received. from the following branches":

j Containment Systems i

Electrical Instrumentation Analysis Branch (Thermal-Hydraulics)

Reactor. Systems Some review branches have submitte'd SER draft input based on review through BSAR Amendment 6.

C&W submitted Amendment 7 on 12/17/76,

. Amendment 8 on 01/24/77 and Amendment 9 is due on 02/04/77.

Because of the planned delay in preparation of the Report to the ACRS, we feel it necessary for the Report, when issued, to be current through Amendment 9.

Accordingly, I am requesting that you review previously submitted SER draft input.and BSAR Amendments through number 9, and then either submit an amended SER input, or notify the LPM that no change is necessary.

Most changes in the amendments are in response to staff' questions and positions.

Some are initiated by B&W. All changes are identified in_

the B&W transmittal. letter accompanying each amendment.
