On page 791, lines 22 and 23 the statenent should read "Jur conclusion also is that it should be withheld" instead of "Our conciusion also is that it should not be withheld."
Also, all references in that transcript to ilr. Edward Shoenaker of the Staff should be changed to lir. Edward Shouaker.
