PERSONNEL EXPOSURE AND MONITORING REPORT FOR 1989 (Annual Operating Report, Reg. Guide 1.16)

Unit I special maintenance resulting in significant personnel exposure included HPI venturi modification, steam generator nozzle dam retention ring installation, and Rad Cal detector leak repair.

Unit 2 special maintenance resulting in significant personnel exposure included 2VUC-7B coil replacement, MOVATS modification, reactor coolant pump vibration monitors, flex hoses and sensing line modifications, hanger modifications, steam generator sludge lancing, reactor coolant pump seal replacements, and volume control tank reference leg replacement.
