DESCRIPTION OF SPECIAL MAINTENANCE Unit I special maintenance resulting in major contributions to personnel exposure included:

  • Replacement of letdown piping;
  • Replacement of RilD-81) drain line;

Unit 2 special maintenanco resulting in major contributions to persontol exposure includod:

  • kopair of charging pumps;
  • Installation of surgo capacitors on cactor coolant. pump motors;
  • Installation of covers on reactor hond shroud; e Ropair of valvo 2CV-5091 (discharge header isolation for low pressure injection system);

e Repair of valvos 2PSV-4633 and 2PSV-4634 (pressurizor safety rollof valves);

  • Repair of valvo 2CV-4616 (chemical and volumn control system lotdown throttle control valvn);

+ Replacement of cooling coils for 2VUC-7A (ctinging pump room unit coolor); and

  • Installation of pressurizer panels.
