PERSONNEL EXPOSURE AND MONITORING REPORT,1994 (Annual Operating Report Reg. Guide 1.16)

Unit I special maintenance resulting in significant personnel exposure included upgrade and repair of a Duratek water purification skid, replacement of cooling coils for the engineered i safeguards actuation system rooms, clean out of a radwaste tank and auxiliary building sump, l and a power entry to add oil to a reactor coolant pump.

Unit 2 special maintenance resulting in significant personnel exposure included source i reduction activities, correction ofisometric drawing discrepancies, and modiScations to the reactor building sump.
