- limited statement at the 7:30 p.m. session in Judge Thompson's courtroom. Please accept this letter as our preregistration to allow Mr. C. E. Murphy, P.E., our Energy Committee chairman to address the hearing. Our organization represents over 500 professional engineers in the region served by the City Public Service Board of San Antonio. We recognize the importance to the hearing procedures and are very interested in participating in them.
