Dear Mr. Schwencer:
Submitted herewith are ten (10) copies of the State of Alabama Radio-logical Emergency Response Plan as indicated in =y letter to ycu dated October 28, 1980. This plan is an integral part of the Joseph M. Farley Emergency Plan, Revision 4, submitted on October 28 and is to be incer-porated in that plan as Annex 1.
Emergency Implementing Procedures (EIP's) required by paragraph V of Appendix E (ten (10] copies each) are also submitted herewith, except for EIP-8, Notification Roster, EIP-16, Emergency Equipment and Supplies and EIP-26, Offsite Notification. These remaining procedures will be forward-ed within one week.
Attached is a corrected copy of the second page of Attachment 3 to my letter of October 28, 1980.
