INVESTIGATION--MICHELSON REPORT Attached is the schedule of the September 15, 1979, ACRS subcommittee meeting on Three Mile Island accident implications.

The schedule (page 2) called for an OIA representative to be present to answer questions on 0IA's July 25, 1979 report of investigation which established the levels of review of Michelson's report. Tht: subcommittee seemed to be unfamiliar with the report and the few questions which were asked had no relevance to the OIA investigation.
