Station Technical Specification 6.9.B.1. This report was not submitted earlier I because it was believed that the original assumptions were invalid in that a saturated reference leg was used to determine setpoints instead of a sub- ;
cooled reference leg. On Sept. 22, 1980 af ter discussions with resident NRC Inspectors a d Plant Support Group personnel it was learned that sub-cooled conditions were used in the calculations.
