Of significance concerning this valve testir- is the change in power level at which the testing is conducted. Recent approval frem B&~4 and Genera-tien Engineering nov per=its this testing to be conducted at 65", vs. 505.

In an effort to improve ecndenser performance, abrasive a=ertap balls were substituted for the normal soft spenge a=ertap balls for a cetal of apprcx-i=ately 15 days. (Five 3-iay test periods) -

Although our testing and data reduction is not complete, cursory review of the data does not conclusively demonstrate an improvement in cendenser performance.
