TESTIMONY FOR TMI-l RESTART HEARING This is to formally transmit the prepared testimony of W. Jensen on UCS Contentions 1 and 2 for the THI-l restart hearing.

The testimony incorporates the OELD comments for clarity and format, and we consider them to be in final form.

Testimony in final form reflecting OELD comments on ECNP id and UCS 5 is in preparation. We have not yet received OELD comments on UCS 3, Sholly 3, and in the combined response to UCS 8, Sholly 7, and ECNP le.
