TMI-l RESTART HEARING SCHEDULE AND LOCATION A prehearing discussion of the Hydrogen Generation issue is scheduled for 1:00 pm on Novencer 4,1980 between the Board and all parties to +.he pro-ceeding. DSI has lead responsibility for this issue.

A discussion of Group A issues is scheduled to begin November 5,1980 following tne sequence identified in my October 24, 1950 cemo on this subject. Tha witnesses on Issue 1 (Natural & Forced Circulation) and other interested staff members should plan to be available for a prehearing meeting in Harrisburg on the evening nf Novenber 4th.

LoilqInq at the Holidy Inn-Town is suggested since the notel is within walking distance of the hearing room (717-234-5021, gov't rate for single =523.00+ tax with ID).

The hearing room is located at the street level of a public parking garage 50 Darking should not be a problem for those individuals planning to cormute (Enclosure 2-map). While at the hearing, members of the staff can be con-tacted by calling FTS# 590-4908.

The DL requests the assistance of the participants in this hearing in the trans-fer of documents between Headquarters and Harrisburg. After a schedule has been determined, it would be helpful if the witnesses would notify Etoy Hylton, TMI-l Licensing Assistant on X27435 or 27073 before leaving Headquarters to see if there are documents that need to be transferred to the hearing. (Rm. 111 or Cheryl Beachley, Rm. 330, X27435.)
