As discussed in our meeting on February 5,1980, the below items supplement my memo to you (enclosed) with rggard to areas outside tha TMI-1 restart Order. These areas should be resolved by DOR prior to restart, or a position developed to allow restart pending resolution.

1.

High Energy Line Breaks--We understand this is currently part of A-17.

2.

ECCS Modification (High pressure injection line cross connects)--We are currently reviewing impact of adding cavitating venturis to injection lines. Cross connects were previously reviewed and approved by DOR. We intend to actively interface with DDR during our review.

3.

Regulatory Guide 1.97 Implementation.

4.

Containment Purge Valve Operations.
