Dear Mr. Skovholt:

As required under the interim conditions for operation as directed in your letter of'June 23, 1972, the Reporting Requirements for the period of November 26, 1972 through December 31, 1972 are herewith submitted.

7.1 During this period, .0448 curies of radioactive material (excluding tritium and gasses) were discharged with liquid wastes. The total release for the last three months was . 1029 curies, which is 4. 1%

of the quarterly limit of 2. 5 curies.

7. 2 The average release rate for noble gasses in the gaseous waste this month was . 036 millicuries per second. The limit value is 2.4 millicuries per second.

7.3 The following table shows the maximum, minimum, and average activity values for primary, secondary, and liquid waste samples.

Primary coolant and secondary coolant degassed beta-gamma radio-activity were measured daily, while the reactor was critical. The total gas analysis was made th'ree times per week, and iodine analysis weekly.
