AMENDMENT TO OPERATING LICENSES DPR-32 AND DPR-37 SURRY POWER STATION UNITS NO. 1 AND 2 SUPPLEMENT TO PROPOSED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATION CHANGE By the letters dated September 20, 1978 (Serial No. 516), April 28, 1981 (Serial No. 261) and May 24, 1982 (Serial No. 208), we proposed changes to the Technical Specifications for Surry Power Station, Units No. 1 and No. 2 to reflect revisions to Table 4.17-1 and Table 4.17-2. These tables list hydraulic and mechanical suppressor data for each unit. Included in this request is a revised listing of all safety-related hydraulic and mechanical snubbers for each unit. Table 4.17-1 and Table 4.17-2 list hydraulic and mechanical snubbers for Unit 1 and Unit 2, respectively. The proposed changes supplement our September 20, 1978, April 28, 1981 and May 24, 1982 license amendment applications.

This request has been reviewed and approved by the Station Nuclear Safety and Operating Committee and the Safety Evaluation and Control Staff. It has been determined that this request does not involve an unreviewed safety question.

We have reviewed this request in accordance with the criteria in 10 CFR 170.22. Since this request supplements our previous license amendment applications referenced above, no additional license amendment fee is required.
