43 44 47 I The sample line had broken within the penetration of the containment and caused the seal weld on the penetration to be compromised.

The line was isolated and capped on the down stream side of the penetration and a second isolation valve was installed as a pressure boundary.

The penetration was weld repaired and the sample line and penetration were pressure tested satisfactorily.
