Attachment to RA 17-0101 Page 1 of 1 Summary of Changes to Three Forms that Implement the Wolf Creek Generating Station (WCGS) Radiological Emergency Response Plan (RERP)

1. Form EPF 06-004-01, "Public Information Organization Activation Checklist,"

Rev. 158 The contact telephone numbers for Wolf Creek Nuclear Operating Corporation Corporate Communications have been updated. These changes are editorial in nature and do not decrease the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP.

2. Form EPF 06-018-09, "Off-Site Monitoring Inventory Checklist," Rev. 9 The number of air sampler zeolite filters has been changed from 1O to five in Part I to more closely align with the number of air sampler zeolite filters historically used by off-site monitoring teams during drills and exercises.

Three air samples are collected on average during a drill or exercise.

Additional air sampler zeolite filters are available at the Emergency Operations Facility.

The number of potassium iodide tablets has been changed from "Max dose for 5 individuals" to "5 packages" in Part I as an editorial change that makes completing form EPF 06-018-09 more efficient.

The entry for quarters in Part I has been removed because pay telephones are no longer used as a back-up form of communication. The format of the review and approval section of Part IV has been revised as an editorial change to be consistent with Parts I through Ill and to make completing form EPF 06-018-09 more efficient. The changes to form EPF 06-018-09 are editorial and administrative in nature and do not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP because adequate supplies and equipment are still provided.

3. Form 06-018-12, "Emergency Operations Facility Inventory Checklist,"

Rev.16 The number of air sampler zeolite filters listed on page three has been increased from 10 to 20 to supplement the air sample zeolite filters in the off-site monitoring kits. The entry for the trunk box key for vehicle 1094 on page eight has been deleted because the pick-up truck has been replaced with a Suburban and the trunk box key is no longer needed. The changes to form EPF 06-018-12 do not reduce the effectiveness of the WCGS RERP because adequate supplies and equipment are still provided.
