condition of supports is adequate, and fill conditions of cable trays appear to be inside acceptable limits)?
Majority of overhead distribution',noted to be rod-hung but regularly supported with ductile connections. Moreover, the tributary spans of overhead systems are low mass. Given adequate capacity due to regular support and ductile connections and low demand due to low mass, there is no adverse concern.
- 4.
Does it appear that the area is free of potentially adverse seismic spatial Yes interactions with other equipment in the area (e.g., ceiling tiles and lighting)?
Noted small clearance between fire piping and pipe stubs. No soft targets nearby and fire piping is well-supported. Therefore, no hazard.
- 5.
Does it appear that the area is free of potentially adverse seismic interactions Yes that could cause flooding or spray in the area?
Noted wet threaded fire piping equipment in area but no equipment is sensitive to spray. Fire piping is regularly supported so as to preclude falling.
Therefore no spray hazard.
- 6.
Does it appear that the area is free of potentially adverse seismic interactions Yes that could cause a fire in the area?
- 7.
Does it appear that the area is free of potentially adverse seismic interactions No associated with housekeeping practices, storage of portable equipment, and WCAP-17678-NP November 2012 Revision 0

Overhead equipment is ruggedly supported; therefore no hazard. Chain-hung lights noted to have adequate clearance so as to preclude impact. No hazard.
- 4.
Does it appear that the area is free of potentially adverse seismic spatial interactions with other equipment in the area (e.g., ceiling tiles and lighting)?
Noted two S-hook lights between diesel door and NGO2A bus with S-hooks not fully closed. Given that the hooks are not open enough for lateral excitation to cause hooks to disengage, the SWTjudged the lights to be no impact or fall hazard. Although no adverse seismic concern, SWT notified WCNOC to close for good practice.

Noted equipment cabinet moved away from its original location (adjacent to NGO02) to its current location against the north wall as a result of IPEEE.
Current location poses no hazard to equipment
- 8.
Have you looked for and found no other seismic conditions that could Yes adversely affect the safety functions of the equipment in the area?
Noted missing panel bolt on NB0201. Panel serves no structural purpose; therefore no adverse seismic concern but notified WCNOC.
The SWT also noted NGO24A with doors open, but cabinet confirmed to be out of service. Therefore, no adverse condition.
