SUMMARY

DOCUMENT E SD-II, MASTER LIST SECTION II EQSD-11, MASTER LIST 1.0 PURPOSE The EQUIPMENT QUALIFICATION (EQ) MASTER LIST SYSTEM is used to maintain listings of components at WCGS requiring qualification and the maintenance cont i ngencies required to meet those qualifications. It is noted that the Engineering Information System (EIS) and MPAC maintenance databases can be used to identify components that are in the EQ program. Table 1: List safety related electrical components that are located in a harsh environment and are required to have an EQ program document. This equipment is required to function during an accident and is identified as Category " A" or "B" in the LOCAl HELB/ MSLB fields. Table 2: List of safety related electrical components that are either located in a mild environment or not required to function during a des i gn bases acc i dent (DBA). These components while still needing to be qualified are not required to have an EQ program document and is ident i fied as Category "C" or "D" in the LOCAl HELB/ MSLB fields. 2.0 FIELDS USED: The fields identified below that are underlined are only used in Table 1. This additional information is not necessary for the equipment not required to have an EQ program document. The EQ program documents are either an Equipment Qualification Work Package (EQWP) or the new electronic version Plant Qualification Evaluation (PQE). Component Number: The number used to identify the equipment that is to be created, updated and deleted to track the EQ program activities. MC: (Maintenance Contingency required) Those components that require an EQ program qualified replacement preventive maintenance (PM) activity to replace the component are identified with a "Yes" (Y). Equipment qualified longer for longer than 60 years of the life of the plant are identified with a "No" (N). Equipment qualified for less than 60 years but has been replaced such that the qualif i ed life now extends past the 60 years of the life of the plant may also be identified as an "N". Those components that are listed with a "Y" are identified in EQSD-111 "Component Ma i ntenance Replacement Information Sheet" document. Equipment Qualification

The description of the component Installed Elevation: Additional information on the location of the equipment, this includes the building, level and area (BLA) identifier to help locate the equipment. EQ Room: The room environment the equipment is installed in. Environmental conditions (temperature, pressure, humidity , radiation and flooding) are i dentified in EQSD-1, Attachment A and B. EQ Spec: On Table 1 the identified specificat i on what is use to find the applicable EQWP or PQE program document. On Table 2 i t is the associated specificat i on that the equipment was bought to. HELB: Describes the mode in which the component is to function when there is a high energy line break. MSLB: Describes the mode in which the component is to function when there is a main steam line break. System: The system the equipment is part of for more detail on the system go to the system description. HOT/ COLD: HOT SHUTDOWN specifies that the component is required for hot shutdown. COLD SHUTDOWN spec i fies that the component is r equired for cold shutdown. Notes: Specifies the number of the note at the end of the list that is related to the component 3.0 EQSD-11, General Notes Section The notes in this section are applicable to both Table 1 and Table 2. It is noted that there are additional notes that are provided at the end of each table. Those notes are typically specific notes to the equipment for that table. General Notes Applicable to All of EQSD-11 Tables 1 and 2: A. The Hot and Co l d Shutdown designat i ons are based on a normal shutdown assuming a loss of offsite power and a safe shutdown earthquake. Components located in a harsh environment which are required for safe shutdown as a result of a LOCA , MSLB , or HELB are identified as Category A or B in this table. B. The normal and accident environment temperature, pressure, radiation, humidity and spray information can be found in EQSD-1 Attachments A and B under the room number the equipment is located in. C. A suffix (i.e. "-E01n or "-E02") has been added to some component numbers to allow addit i onal EQ information related to the component to be listed in the table. Therefore, these switches were removed from the Table 1, EQSD-11. EIS shows these relays as not being in the EQ program. E-11 012 page 29 and 33 identifies that the relays listed for 62TDDAL01, 62TDEEN1 and 62TDEGN11 are 237XBX120NE, 236ABX139NE and 236A8X 138NE relays respectively. 62TDEGN13, 62TDENB01, 62TDENB02, 62TDENB05 and 62TDENB06 are identified in E-11 0012 to be "NE" type relays so this has been added to the end of the model number (Ref E-093-P01). E-13EN01 R/6 and E-11012, page 35 identifies that this relay is located in in RP333 not RP332. EIS currently shows this as not being EQ component. CP 06187 modified this circuit and made relay 3XEJ07 a spare relay in panel RP209, this is reflexed in drawing E-11012 page 10 (item 34). The EQSD-11 R/27 model number identified of either XM-60076 or XM-60077 is actually a Delaval GEMS P/N not model number and is not the correct number for all of these components. The correct model number is identified in EQWP-J-481 in enclosure 1, Table 1 and as shown in J-481-00039, paqe 22.
