Dear Alan:

Twenty-three loggerhead turtles and nine green turtles were removed from the St. Lucie Plant intake canal during the January-March quarter of 1989. Two loggerheads and one green were dead when removed.

Measurements for all animals are attached. All twenty-nine live turtles were released into the ocean from Hutchinson Island.
