3. Reactor Engineering information can be obtained from the supplied Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Reactor Engineering Communication.
4. The A BAT is in service.

INITIATING CUES:

1. You are a Unit 1 RO and are to perform a calculation to determine the Boric Acid Controller Setting.
2. Notify the Examiner the results when complete.

UNSAT Examinee obtains a copy of 0-SO-62-7 BORON CONCENTRATION Standard: CONTROL, Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Reactor Engineering Communication, Operations Information Sheet and TI-44 BORON TABLES.

Provide a copy of 0-SO-62-7 BORON CONCENTRATION CONTROL Cue Appendix M, Sequoyah Nuclear Plant Reactor Engineering Communication, Operations Information Sheet and TI-44 BORON TABLES.

2. An improper operator action was made while placing a Mixed Bed Demineralizer in service, a transient occurred that resulted in a TAVG rise of 1.2 OF and a power rise of 0.6%.
3. The Mixed Bed Demineralizer was subsequently bypassed and plant conditions were stabilized below 100% using appropriate plant procedures.

INITIATING CUES:

1. You have been directed to determine all required action(s) and all required Shift Manager onsite notification(s), (if any).
2. Notify the Examiner the results when complete.
