Mitsubishi When will you release suppressed report from Mitsubishi to Edison on San Onofre renovations.

I understand Senator Boxer has a copy. It is reported to me from a source that the report shows that Mitsubishi told Edison of problems with the installation of steam rods, and Edison ignored the concerns. The renovation was 700 million dollars worth of upgrades. Now Edison wants to restart the facility at 35 per cent capacity. Can you give me a date when the report will be released for the public to review Steve Cohen News Director KUSI TV San Diego 858 505 5085 Sent from my I

The mitsubishi document Steve, I saw your email to the chairman on behalf of your television station, KUSI in San Diego. I lefy you a voice mail and am sending this email to be sure I catch up with you.

We cannot release the MHI document as it contains proprietary information and as such I couldn't make any estimate of when, if at all, it could be released. Also, I need to point out that Edison is asking to restart the plant at up to 70 percent power, not the 35 percent figure cited in your email.
