LOCATION: U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC)

One White Flint North 11555 Rockville Pike, Room 0-9B6 Rockville, Maryland PURPOSE: The purpose of this meeting is to (1) discuss comments on the Bellefonte Nuclear Plant, Unit 1, Quality Verification Program as described in NRC letter dated July 13, 2012, and (2) discuss the regulatory framework regarding site seismology.

CATEGORY 1*: This is a Category 1 Meeting. The public is invited to observe this meeting and will have one opportunity to communicate with the NRC after the business portion, but before the meeting is adjourned.

PARTICIPANTS: Participants from the NRC include members of the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (NRR) and the Office of New Reactors (NRO). TVA licensing staff will be participating.
