Dear Mr. Scalice:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. Mark J. Burzynski, of your staff and Mr. Paul E. Fredrickson of this office on August 16, 2002, concerning a management meeting. The meeting has been scheduled for September 27, 2002, at 10:00 a.m., EDT, and is being conducted at your request. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss TVA nuclear strategic objectives. The location of the meeting will be at the Region II Office, Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, 61 Forsyth Street, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia, in Suite 24T20. The meeting will be an open meeting in accordance with Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement September 20, 2000; 59 FR 48340).
