Dear Mr. Scalice:

This letter confirms our conversation on November 12, 2003, concerning a senior management meeting, Public Meeting Category 1, for December 15, 2003, at 1:00 p.m., EST. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss strategic objectives and initiatives of the TVA nuclear organization, and is being conducted at your request. The location of the meeting will be at the Region II Office, Sam Nunn Atlanta Federal Center, 61 Forsyth Street, S.W., Atlanta, Georgia, in Suite 24T25. The meeting will be an open meeting in accordance with "NRCs Policy Statement for Enhancing Public Participation in NRC Meetings," May 28, 2002.
