"On July 5, 2011, one Loggerhead Sea Turtle was retreived from the plant's intake canal. The turtle was not injured, but severely underweight and lethargic. The turtle was sent to a rehab facility.

"Per the plant's turtle permit, the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWCC) was notified at 1412 EDT."

Notified R2DO (Bonser) and Endagered Species list via email.
