Request for No-cost Extension Hi Bernie -
The period of performance on J-4242A (Technical Assistance in Support of Fire Protection Licensing Actions; Task Order 1, Project Number 15446) will expire on June 30, 2010. Due to a number of factors, including delays in the receipt of licensee response to RAIs, I expect the work to continue past June 30, and, therefore, will need a no-cost extension to this TO. While we expect to complete the remaining tasks (outlined below) by mid-to late August, to preclude the need for another extension I suggest that the period of performance be extended to September 30, 2010.
Task 1 Status
- 1. Oyster Creek Draft TER submitted for review and comment. Development of the Final version of the TER is pending receipt of comments.
- 3. Indian Point Responses to RAIs have been received, development of Draft TER to start following completion of Wolf Creek TER I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this request may have caused.
