Dear Ms. Susan Rohrbach:

Thanks for your enquiry. I consulted with our legal council in regards to when one can possibly hope to see a decision on the hearing matter cited below, and our concel responded as follows, and I quote:

"The presiding officer shall, within forty-five (45) days after the filing of answers and replies [to the request for hearing/petition to intervene] under subpart (h) of this section, issue a decision on each request for hearing/petition to intervene, absent an extension from the Commission." In this case, the last reply was filed on July 3, 2006.
