Fwd: Sopiung and Aging Management - Oyster Creek I just received an email from Mr. David McKeon, Planning Director, Ocean County Department of Planning. He was following my out going voicemail message suggestion to send me an email if he couldn't wait for me to pick up my voice messages because, as he states, he considered the matter to be
'somewhat urgent".
I immediately called him.
He wanted confirmation that he understood the nature of the upcoming public meeting correctly and wanted information about the subsequent opportunities for public observation and involvment. I guess his "urgency" was he wanted to make sure he didn't miss anything important.
I confirmed his understanding of the meeting, briefly discribed the subsequent license renewal schedule, high lighting the ACRS meetings, and sent an email to him containing the http address for the OC license renewal web page containing the schedule.
I am not clear about the functions and seperation of duties of our two new state liason personnel... should I cc: one/both, or none, when interfacing with local/county government?
