Dear Mr. Gannon:

This letter is to inform you that effective August 7, 2006, Ms. Brenda L. Mozafari has been assigned as the Lead Project Manager for Shearon Harris Nuclear Power Plant, Unit 1 (Harris), while Mr. Chandu Patel is detailed to a temporary full-time assignment until late February 2007. In addition, Ms. Lisa Regner will temporarily assume certain backup project management functions and will perform routine daily activities associated with the Harris docket.
