Additional memory for ANO Rebecca, whilst doing something else today, I remembered that the thing that started the whole MA issue at ANO was the failure to act somehow on IN 92-18. Mike Runyun stirred up the whole honey pot. But for SDP purposes the analyst may need to know that manual operation of a valve that had spuriously operated may not be possible due to over-torque. The valves may even suffer damage. I suggest you talk to Mike.
