Dear Mr. Singh:

The Reference provided comments on the baseline Probabilistic Risk Assessment (PRA) for the System 80+= Standard Design described in the Combustion Engineering Standard Safety Analysis Report - Design Certification (CESSAR-DC). Those comments were discussed at the June 6,1989, meeting between Nuclear Regulatory Commission staff and its consultants (BNL) and Combustion Engineering. It was agreed that all Nuclear Regulatory Commission comments either have already been addressed or will be addressed in the final PRA analysis. The slides from the June 6,1989, meeting are enclosed.
