Dear Mr. Vissing:

The reference letter provided responses to several NRC questions concerning Chapter 17 of CESSAR-DC, Quality Assurance. The reference also identified that the remaining questions would be addressed in Revision 05 to our Quality Assurance program description, CENPD-210, and submitted by the third quarter of 1988.

The purpose of this letter is to inform you that we are finalizing our review and anticipate that we will be transmitting CENPD-210, Revision 05, in September of 1988.

At that time we will also submit a "road map" which identifies where in Revision 05 the remaining Quality Assurance questions are specifically addressed.
