Facility Operating Licenses, NPF-2 and NPF-8 respectively, to allow operation at an increased l reactor core power. & amendments also added three license conditions to Appendix C of each i Facility Operating Lk-=> 'the Staff required wntten notification upon satisfying these additional I conditions. & purpose of this letter is to confirm that FNP has satisfied certain license conditions as stated below, h first license condition for Unit 1, which required completion of classroom and simulator training for operations crews, is complete.
