Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 Docket Nos. 50-250 and 50-251 Radiological Emergency Plan Revision 72 MAY 1 9 2022 L-2022-078 10 CFR 50.4 10 CFR 50 Appendix E The Turkey Point Plant Radiological Emergency Plan, Revision 72 was implemented on May 9, 2022.
A summary of the changes to the revised document is attached. FPL has determined that the changes described do not result in a decrease in the effectiveness of the Emergency Plan.

AR 02359641, EC 280922 Engineering Change EC 280922 added a Noble Gas Monitor (NGM) RAD-6304B.The new NGM 6304B is a dual range radiation Monitor. The Low Range detectors is RAD-6304B-1 and the High Range detector is RAD-6304B-2. The low range is a beta scintillation detector, and the high range is an ionization chamber detector. Accordingly, the Turkey Point Plant Radiological Emergency Plan Revision 72 has been updated to incorporate in Table 3-2, Process and Effluent Radiation Monitors Used for Accident Assessment, the new dual range NGM RAD-6304B1/B2.
