Light Turkey Point Nuclear Plant Physical Security Plan, Training and Qualification Plan, Safeguards Contingency Plan, and Independent Spent Fuel Storage Installation Security Program", collectively the PSP. Note that the PSP title has changed from the PSP title in License Condition 3.E of Renewed Facility Operating Licenses DPR-31 and DPR-41 for Units 3 SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION (Enclosure 1 contains Safeguards Information. Upon separation this page is decontrolled.)

SAFEGUARDS INFORMATION Florida Power & Light Company Letter L-2013-105 Page 2 of 2 Revision 16 to the Physical Security Plan and 4, respectively. FPL has submitted a license amendment application [Reference 4] for administrative changes which includes the PSP title change.

PSP Revision 16 addresses FPL's response [Reference 3] to the NRC Request for Additional Information [Reference 2] resulting from NRC review of PSP Revision 15. The effective date of PSP Revision 16 is March 29, 2013.

The enclosures to this letter are the FPL Turkey Point Units 3 and 4 PSP, Revision 16 (Enclosure

1) which is safeguards information, and a change synopsis (Enclosure 2). FPL requests that be withheld from public disclosure in accordance with 10 CFR 2.390(d)(1) because the information contained therein is security-related.
