actions on previously identified program weaknesses / concerns.
A review of allegations of security improprieties made by an anonymous alleger was also completed.
In addition, the inspectors eeviewed the licensee actions taken as a result of telephone threats made to the plant.
The inspection began during-the day shift.
Results:
Based on this inspection, one violation was identified:
Physical Barriers - Protected Area:
The licensee failed to have an an adequate alarmed barrier from the owner controlled area to the protected area.
The allegations of security improprieties could not be substantiated.
However, as a result of the actions taken by the licensee to address the allegations, the above noted violation was discovered.
The licensee's investigative actions and increased security measures pertaining to the security related telephone threats were reviewed and considered adequate.
