Your letter of March 31, 1983, in which you discuss safety problems at nuclear power plants has been sent to this office.
In January 1983, we became aware of some of your concerns through an article in the Fort Worth Star Telegram. We have followed up on these items using the

With regard to these concerns, our findings are contained in Inspection Report 50-445/83-03, (a copy is attached) starting on page 9.
We are still performing some followup work on the issue of holes drilled in concrete walls as a result of other allegations aceived by us recently.
