We note that you reference certain apparent threats that have been made to you. We urge you to seek the assistance of the Glen Rose Police Department if such threats continue. We do not find that such types of threats are covered by our regulations or federal statutes, but should be addressed by Texas Criminal Codes. f. e SUPJ4ARY Ir.vestigation was initiated upon receipt of an allegation that a civil quality control supervisor at Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station (CPSES) had intimi-dated QC personnel, working for him, with termination if they continued to write " nitpicking" NCRs. Reportedly, the supervisor in question threatened QC personnel during two meetings he scheduled.
