On December 18, 1982, you negotiated a notarized signed statement wherein you expressed certain allega+. ions of improper construction practices being conducted at the Comanche Peak Steam Electric Station, Glen Rose, Texas.

Your notarized Statement regarding your concerns was brought to our attention in an affidavit of Mr. J. R. Dillingham, Jr., dated June 27, 1983.
