Routine, unannounced inspection of safety-related construction activities pertaining to installation and record review of safety-related com-ponents and a site tour.

Site Tour The IE inspector toured the Units 1 and.2 Reactor Containment Buildings and Auxiliary Building to observe construction activities in progress and to inspect housekeeping.

No items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.

Installation of Safety-Related Components - Observation or Work and Work Activities The IE inspector conducted a follow-on inspection of the Unit 1 Reactor

Containment Building, Safeguards Building and Auxiliary Building to

observe installation and protection of safety-related components.

Observations were made on all principal levels of each building to observe conformance with requirements prescribed by B&R Procedure,

" Storage and Storage Maintenance of Mechanical and Electrical Equipment,"

l MCP-10, Revision 4, dated June 14, 1979, and TUSI Procedure QI-QP-11.3.31,

dated January 5, 1980.

No items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.

Safety-Related Components - Review of Quality Control Records The IE inspector conducted a follow-on review of QA/QC records relative to safety-related component installations.

The IE inspector selected the Containment Spray Pump, Serial No. CPI-CTAPCS-03M and the Safety Injec-tion Pump, Serial TBX SIAPSI-01, for a QA/QC documentation review.

Documents reviewed included G&H Specification 2323-MD-12; B&R Procedure QI-MCP-10.1, " Mechanical Equipment Storage Maintenance," Revision 0, dated May 17, 1979; FSAR, Section 6.2.2, " Containment Heat Removal System";

and the related "QA Data Package" files for each component.

No items of noncompliance or deviations were identified.

Exit Interview The IE inspector met with the licensee representatives (denoted in

paragraph 1) on March 27, 1980, and summarized the purpose, scope and findings of the inspection.
